Unless paid in advance, all charges shall be due and immediately payable upon submission of each invoice. Client agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in collection of any past due account.
Guardian Eagle Security shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to any cause beyond Guardian Eagle Security's control.
Client acknowledges that Guardian Eagle Security is not an insurer and that fees are based on the value of services rendered, not the value of property on or about the premises.
This authorization represents the entire agreement between the parties. No modification or change shall be valid unless agreed to by Guardian Eagle Security in writing.
Guardian Eagle Security reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without prior notice upon default in payment or upon the bankruptcy or insolvency of the client.
Signatures received by facsimile, mail, and email shall be deemed executed and binding.
