Guardian Eagle Security Inc. strategy for the Procure-to-Pay Process (P2P) is to automate, eliminate, and streamline processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. This is being done through procurement tools/applications, i.e. ePayables, Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS), Web Invoicing, ACH payments etc. Implementation of this strategy will result in streamlined work processes and payments to vendors within contract terms.
Guardian Eagle Security Inc. will issue IRS Form 1099-Misc to reportable vendors by February 1 of each year.
